which between Shanghai & Suzhou city China. Company invested around USD 10M
in aluminum alloy manufacturing in 2002 . It started production and became one of the
largest private aluminum processing enterprises in China. It covers 31,600 square meters.
The production capacity is almost 18,000 metric tons aluminum alloy products with
the sales revenue at about USD 154M (RMB1,000M) in 2010.
Equipment:
The company has complete set of production line of aluminum alloy processing
in remelting, extrusion & heat treatment. We have 6 extruders with the capacity
at 2,500MT, 1650MT,1250MT,800MT,500MT;4 drawing machines, 4 sets of large, middle small straighteners,
two sets of 10m homogenizing furnaces, two10m long aging furnaces, 18m /12m/ 10m /8m quench furnaces, 2 sets of
remelting furnaces and a complete set of the physical & chemical inspection instrument in lab. CNC machines for aluminun parts producing.
Products:
The products cover the round rods,square & flat bars , seamless pipes/tubes and industrial profiles.
The main products brand are 1060, 2014, 2023, 2A12,2A14,2A50, 5A02,5A05, 6061,6063, 6082, 7075, 7A04, 7A09,
and special aluminum alloy. and aluminum parts for electronic, medical, spinning machine, aviation, shipping, military weapon & other fields.
Subsidiary:
Binzhou (Mengwei) Changfa aluminum products Co., Ltd.specializes
in 2A12, 6061, 6063, 2A50, 2A14, 7075 with annual output at around 30,000 metric tons
aluminum alloy billets. Holding advanced production techniques, these products
are directly casted by aluminum liquid, which makes aluminum alloy products have
better performance in surface treatment of oxygenation.
